Making Money On Amazon

Money Making Made Easy
Most people choose Amazon because of its convenience and wide selection of products. But did you know that Amazon also allows you to sell items on their website as a professional or individual seller? This may seem too good to be true, but I will explain how it works.

Amazon allows you to sell your items, with the company receiving a portion of what you sell. As a professional seller, you are required to sell more than fourty items a month and this will cost you $39.99 a month. As an individual seller you agree to sell less than fourty items a month with $0.99 selling fee per sale and additional selling fees.

Selling on Amazon is actually quite simple, four step process. The first step is to list your products for sale. These items can be either new or used, but have to meet certain selling criteria. All you need to do is list the quantity, condition, and price of your offer. The next step is for customers to see your products on Amazon and want to purchase them. This step is the most difficult because it is up to the seller to advertise their product in order for it to be sold.

The third step is to ship those products to customers that purchased your product. Amazon will let you know when a customer places an order, and at this point the seller follows guidelines set by Amazon to ensure a safe, efficient delivery. The seller must package the items securely, and then choose a carrier to deliver the packages to the awaiting customer.

The final and most exciting step is getting paid by Amazon. This is worry free as Amazon will deposit the payments into your bank account and will then notify you that your payment has been sent. At this point the website will deduct $0.99 on your sale if you are selling as an individual.

Amazon makes it easy to sell items on their website and make some money on the side. They give you options on how you want to sell and manage your products. This is what makes Amazon so successful in its respective field; it gives freedom to the sellers and provides them with a way in which literally thousands of people can look at their items and purchase them.
